The Opportunity: Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Benefits (Regional Lead) to join our Global Total Rewards team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving regional benefits strategy, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the financial sustainability and compliance of all benefit programs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). You will join a dynamic and collaborative Total Rewards team dedicated to fostering an inclusive and competitive employee experience that supports our "Mountaineers" across the globe.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor a regional benefits team to design and deliver compliant, financially sustainable benefits and time-off programs aligned with global frameworks.
  • Financial & Data Management: Oversee budgets, annual plan renewals, and cost-sharing strategies; leverage data analytics to manage cost drivers and mitigate risks.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict regulatory compliance, financial controls, accurate documentation, and successful audits across all regional jurisdictions.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive a "frictionless" employee experience by optimizing vendor management (KPIs), billing, data feeds, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Sr. Director of International Benefits, global brokers, and local HR, finance, and business leaders to communicate plan changes and market programs effectively.
  • M&A & Benchmarking: Support M&A activities and regularly benchmark benefits to maintain competitive total rewards in a changing landscape.
