Position Overview

This is a 6 month fixed term contract for a strategic UK & Ireland Employee Relations/Labour Relations/HR Generalist Leader.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the UK and Ireland team of ER/LR/HR Generalist professionals, ensuring alignment with EMEA-wide and global strategies while tailoring execution to the UK market.
  • Provide support to the EMEA team/lead as needed.
  • Drive compliance and legal readiness with primary focus on the Employment Rights Act and associated legislative changes, ensuring operational agility and risk mitigation.
  • Advise UK leadership on labor implications and maintain relationships with UK-based employee representatives/unions where applicable.
  • Serve as the technical ER lead for complex investigations, M&A, divestitures, and reorganizations, ensuring seamless integration and legal compliance across diverse jurisdictions.
  • Standardize UK processes to improve employee and manager experience, aligning with global and EMEA standards.
  • Help build and implement ER/LR tooling and systems to capture granular data across the UK, leveraging data analytics to proactively identify ER trends and inform business decisions.
