In this role, you will develop and lead industry‑leading, data‑driven campaigns for Iron Mountain’s asset lifecycle management solutions, bridging product and sales and turning high‑level business goals into customer‑centric campaigns that build awareness and demand across North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, and Asia Pacific.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Campaign Strategy and Production: Translate overarching business goals into comprehensive “always‑on” campaign strategies and creative concepts, and manage end‑to‑end production from inception to optimization.
- Drive Customer Journey and Content Integration: Collaborate with Product Marketing and external agencies to map the customer journey, building multi‑media content strategies that engage customers at every touchpoint and guide them toward desired outcomes.
- Optimize Performance through Analytics: Partner with internal channel owners and Marketing Analytics to build data‑driven channel plans, measure campaign effectiveness, and articulate insights to maximize return on investment.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) B2B campaign strategy and demand generation management.
- Strong knowledge of integrated digital marketing channels, data literacy, and ability to create global campaign frameworks that allow for regional adaptation and localization.
- Proven ability in complex project management with high autonomy in leading global project teams and managing diverse stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
