Sales and Performing Role – Ideal for gigging musicians with a passion for sales

Do you love performing and thrive in sales? At iRock School of Music, we’re transforming children’s lives through high-energy band lessons in primary schools across the UK. Every week, we inspire tens of thousands of pupils to grow in confidence, creativity, and teamwork through music.
We’re looking for a talented musician who can deliver exciting live assemblies to children and confidently engage school leaders and teachers in conversations that lead to long-term partnerships. You’ll be the face of iRock in schools – entertaining pupils, building trust with educators, and driving our mission forward through sales success.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-energy live music assemblies that inspire and excite primary school pupils
- Present to headteachers and teachers, showcasing the value of iRock’s Rock and Pop band lessons
- Build lasting relationships with schools, identifying needs and converting interest into partnerships
- Manage your own sales pipeline, tracking results and reporting progress in our CRM system
- Work closely with our office-based sales team to deliver regional and national growth targets
- Maintain accurate diary, travel plans, and communication records
- Visit our head office in Farnborough, Hampshire, when required
- Support other teams with occasional lesson delivery or agreed ad-hoc tasks
What We’re Looking For
- A strong musician who can sing and confidently play 2 out of the following instruments: keyboard, guitar, or drums
- Confident performer with the ability to engage large groups of children and adults
- Sales-driven mindset with experience in business development, sales, or target-focused roles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with strong diary and administration management
- Energetic, proactive, and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Passionate about music, education, and making a difference to children’s lives
- Full, clean UK driving license
