Salary: Competitive Bonus: Annual Bonus linked to both Company and Individual Performance Holiday: 27 days, plus bank holidays Contract: Full-time (35 hours per week), permanent, flexibility may be required to meet business needs Location: Farnborough Head Office Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership : Provide strategic financial direction and oversight to ensure the ongoing financial health and growth of the organisation Financial Planning and Strategy : Contribute to defining and implementing the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and owning the budget and re-forecasting process Financial Management : Oversee all financial and accounting matters, including cash flow management and statutory accounts Reporting therefore, every candidate will be assessed only in accordance with their merits, qualifications, and ability to perform the duties of the job.
