As Head of Finance, you will play a critical leadership role within the business, joining the Senior Leadership Team and working closely with the Commercial Director to help shape the financial future of the company. Salary: Competitive
Bonus: Annual Bonus linked to both Company and Individual Performance
Holiday: 27 days, plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial direction and oversight to ensure the ongoing financial health and growth of the organisation
- Financial Planning and Strategy: Contribute to defining and implementing the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and owning the budget and re-forecasting process
- Financial Management: Oversee all financial and accounting matters, including cash flow management and statutory accounts
- Reporting & Analysis: Develop, prepare and present accurate financial reports to the company directors, including monthly management accounts and KPIs
- Commercial Insight: Analyse profit margins, identify cost-saving opportunities, and advise on new business opportunities
- Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including timely filing of legal and regulatory documentation
- Financial Systems: Implement financial systems and policies to streamline operations and ensure efficient financial management
- Team Development: Lead and develop the existing finance team, driving continuous improvement while supporting individual growth and business performance
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships across financial and non-financial teams, supporting senior management in informed decision-making
Skills & Experience:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Proficient in producing and monitoring budgets and forecasts
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations
- Extensive experience in overseeing management accounts, financial reporting, and operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments
- Strong systems and data analysis capabilities, with experience using automation and AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
- A proactive, hands-on, resilient, and positive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
