Band Coach (Rock and Pop Music Teacher)
Salary: Starting at £27,000 per year, with the opportunity to progress to £31,000
Bonus: Annual bonus linked to both company and individual performance (up to £1,500 per year)
Additional pay: Mileage paid at 45p per business mile (in between schools)

Location: This role involves teaching at multiple schools around Colchester and the surrounding areas (Frinton-On-Sea, Sudbury, Great Bromley, Witham).
