Irlam Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive and who is ready to make a real impact in our school community.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work primarily within Upper Key Stage 2, supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the phase. We are ideally looking for someone with experience across a range of age groups, who can adapt their approach to meet the needs of different learners. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging learning opportunities, provide targeted support, and help maintain a positive, purposeful classroom environment. The role also includes the ability to cover classes for short periods of time, ensuring continuity of learning when required.
