What You’ll Do:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Partnership Support Consultants
- Drive sales performance and ensure targets are met
- Develop and deliver impactful training programs
- Manage a diverse portfolio of intermediary firms
- Foster strong relationships with external partners
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align and execute growth strategies
- Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in team leadership, sales, or account management (preferably in financial services or insurance)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
- Analytical and data-driven approach to performance management
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with digital tools/platforms and in regulated environments is a plus
