Base pay range We\’re Hiring: Partnership Support Team Leader | Remote/Hybrid | Full Time Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sales, team development, and relationship management? Join our business as a Partnership Support Team Leader and play a pivotal role in driving growth through outstanding partner support and strategic sales execution. What You’ll Do: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Partnership Support Consultants Drive sales performance and ensure targets are met Develop and deliver impactful training programs Manage a diverse portfolio of intermediary firms Foster strong relationships with external partners Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align and execute growth strategies Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in team leadership, sales, or account management (preferably in financial services or insurance) Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset Analytical and data-driven approach to performance management Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience working with digital tools/platforms and in regulated environments is a plus Location: Remote / Hybrid Employment Type: Full Time Reporting To: Head of Intermediary Partnerships This is your chance to join a high-performing team, shape strategic partnerships, and make a real impact.
