Our client is recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their well-established and supportive team in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer with 3–5 years’ experience who is confident managing their own caseload and is looking to develop their career within a collaborative and modern firm. You will handle a varied residential property caseload from instruction to completion, supported by a dedicated conveyancing assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction through to completion
  • Handling a range of matters including:
  • Shared ownership transactions
  • New build purchases
  • Transfers of equity and transfers of part
  • Adverse possession
  • Remortgages
  • Maintaining proactive communication with clients, developers, solicitors, lenders, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process
  • Candidate Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills
    • Solid knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures
    • Experience using case management systems (P4W desirable but not essential)
    • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
