This role is critical to maintaining compliance, supporting project planning, and ensuring effective communication across multiple stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for project teams.

Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with strict safety and regulatory standards.

Assist with scheduling, procurement, and budget tracking.

Organise and attend project meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and action follow-ups.

Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and external partners.

What We’re Looking For Previous experience in project administration or coordination within a high-risk or regulated industry (e.g., chemical, oil & gas, utilities, construction).

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong IT skills, including MS Office and project management tools.

Financial awareness and experience with procurement processes.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and integrity.
