Based at our Head Office in Northampton

We’re growing fast and looking for a Solution Design Manager to join our dynamic team, working alongside our Head of R&D.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of logistics for some of the world’s leading brands.

🔍 What you’ll do:

• Lead the design of bespoke logistics solutions for new and existing customers
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and IT teams to develop winning proposals
• Use data-driven insights to model and optimise supply chain networks
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in solution design

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in logistics solution design or supply chain engineering
• Strong analytical and modelling skills (Excel, AutoCAD, WMS/TMS knowledge a plus)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering results
