Our client is recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their well-established and supportive team in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer with 3–5 years’ experience who is confident managing their own caseload and is looking to develop their career within a collaborative and modern firm.
You will handle a varied residential property caseload from instruction to completion, supported by a dedicated conveyancing assistant.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction through to completion
- Handling a range of matters including:
- Shared ownership transactions
- New build purchases
- Transfers of equity and transfers of part
- Adverse possession
- Remortgages
- Minimum 3 years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Solid knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures
- Experience using case management systems (P4W desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Hybrid working to support work-life balance
