This is a hands-on role where you’ll work on complex fit-outs, refurbishments, and property projects while helping drive business growth.

What the Role Involves

  • Managing and administering contracts for workspace fit-outs and refurbishments, with project values from £50K to £20M.
  • Carrying out general commercial surveying tasks, including Acquisition Surveys, Schedules of Condition, and Project Monitoring.
  • Preparing and negotiating Schedules of Dilapidations for landlords and tenants.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse client base, including corporate occupiers, SMEs, investors, and landlords.
  • Supporting business development through pitching, networking, and industry engagement.

About You

  • Chartered surveyor with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in a commercial building consultancy environment.
  • Confident, approachable leader able to mentor junior colleagues.
  • Experienced in Contract Administration, Cost Control, and the Law of Dilapidations.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and deadlines with a proactive approach.
  • Comfortable representing the business at industry events and client meetings.
  • Knowledge of the JCT suite of contracts is essential.
