As part of our continuous improvement strategy, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ISO Auditor to assess, verify, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 standards within our operations and among our partners.
The ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 Auditor will be responsible for conducting internal audits, evaluating compliance with ISO standards, and providing feedback for process improvement across quality, environmental, and information security management systems. Working with the relevant standard managers and cross-functional teams, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ISO standards, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to assess processes and systems critically and constructively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform internal and external audits for ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System).
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of management systems to ensure compliance with ISO standards and relevant legal/regulatory requirements.
- Document audit findings, non-conformities, and areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations for corrective actions.
- Work closely with various departments to address audit results, providing guidance and support in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain audit records and ensure all reports are compliant with the internal audit processes and ISO requirements.
- Provide training and guidance on ISO standards, ensuring that the team understands compliance requirements.
- Prepare for and support external audits by certification bodies, ensuring a smooth process and successful certification.
- Stay updated on changes to ISO standards and relevant regulations, ensuring continuous compliance within the organization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality, environmental responsibility, and information security.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an ISO Auditor or in a similar auditing role with specific experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 standards.
- Relevant certifications, such as Lead Auditor or Auditor certifications for all or some of the following ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22301 and ISO 27001.
- Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, ISO standards, and compliance processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to quality, environment, and information security.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare clear and concise audit reports.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Environmental Science, Information Security) is preferred.
- Experience with auditing in different industries or sectors is a plus.
