Role Purpose
The main objective of this role is to operate as a Sales Executive for the residential market (B2C), working in a defined geographical area selling TV & Broadband packages to homes. You will report to your Regional Sales Manager and be required to deliver results in line with individual, team, and overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities through quality cold calling into homes in your territory.
- Meet with homeowners to review their telecommunication needs and offer a full quotation on their accounts.
- Upload newly acquired sales onto your fully automated tablet solution (iPad).
- Develop detailed journey plans to utilise your time effectively and efficiently.
- Maximise every interaction using referrals.
- Collect and review competitor and industry information to ensure a full understanding of the telecoms market.
- Work within a team environment and grow your skills through effective communication with your RSM and colleagues.
- Represent the brand with professionalism.
- Liaise with various stakeholders internally and externally to the organisation.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with all internal departments.
- Work with your RSM to hit targets and your individual and company’s margin goals.
- Ensure company procedures and processes are always adhered to.
- Ensure industry compliance is always adhered to.
- Maintain and update any reporting requirements.
