What You’ll Do
- Set the Vision: Define and drive the strategy for digital and AI transformation aligned to our business goals.
- Lead Technology Initiatives: Oversee the selection and integration of AI, data platforms, automation tools, and cloud services.
- Drive Change: Champion a digital-first, data-driven culture across the organization, building digital literacy and AI capabilities.
- Deliver Results: Direct large-scale programs, measure impact, and ensure return on investment.

What do we need from you?
- Proven experience in delivering complex digital and/or AI transformation programmes, ideally in a consultancy or enterprise setting.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of identifying and capturing new business opportunities.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, trends, platforms (e.g., machine learning, NLP, generative AI), and their practical application.
- Excellent project/programme management skills — Agile, Scrum or Prince2 certification a plus.
- Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and communicate technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Background in digital transformation, business consulting, technology or data science.
- High emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive cultural change.
