We’re seeking an experienced Transport Manager to lead a busy HGV transport operation in Bristol. You’ll have full responsibility for the safety, compliance and efficient running of the site’s transport function, managing both drivers and fleet performance across the depot.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading drivers and the day-to-day transport operation
  • Maintaining Operator Licence, DVSA and road transport compliance
  • Overseeing tachographs, working time, vehicle maintenance and defect reporting
  • Managing transport performance, costs and customer service levels
  • Leading audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coaching the transport team and promoting a strong safety culture

Applicants must hold a Transport Manager CPC and have proven experience managing an HGV fleet within a fast-paced transport environment.
