The Transport Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all transport operations on back-shift 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday. Alongside this, you will oversee compliance, H&S, and communication with customers.

The key responsibilities for the role of Transport Supervisor based in Andover will be:

  • Oversee daily transport operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and meeting customer SLAs.
  • Manage driver performance, including dispatch, debriefs, and ongoing development.
