Warehouse Team Leader Salary: £30,000 07:00 - 19:00 (4On - 4Off) Job Description: Irlam Associates are recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader on behalf of a major third-party logistics provider based in Trafford Park on a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern operating from 07:00am - 07:00pm. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse leadership experience to take responsibility for a team of four, supporting the smooth running of daily operations and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and on time. Key responsibilities: * Lead and support a team of four warehouse operatives. * Allocate daily workloads and monitor progress against operational targets. * Support goods-in, storage, picking and dispatch activities. * Maintain high standards of accuracy, housekeeping and health and safety. * Help train and develop team members. * Communicate operational issues and provide clear shift handovers. What we’re looking for: * Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor or Lead Hand. * Experience allocating workloads and supporting a small team. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * A hands-on approach and the ability to prioritise in a busy warehouse. * A good understanding of warehouse processes and safe working practices. * Availability to work the stated 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.
