We are launching and growing our dedicated E‑Waste Division, focused on supporting businesses with compliant, secure and environmentally responsible disposal of electronic waste.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, self‑starting sales professional to develop a high‑growth market within one of the fastest‑expanding waste streams globally.

You will play a key role in generating new business, booking appointments and building long‑term commercial relationships across the recycling and data centre sectors.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will

  • Self‑generate new business opportunities
  • Proactively target waste management companies and data centres
  • Manage and develop a CRM database of 1,000+ potential clients
  • Book and attend appointments with key decision makers
  • Drive monthly tonnage volumes
  • Build long‑term client partnerships
  • Represent the business in a professional and consultative manner

This is a Monday–Friday role with travel required. Mileage and expenses are fully claimable.

Commission & Bonus Structure

In addition to a £24,000 basic salary and 10% commission, the role offers strong earning potential through structured bonuses:

  • Appointment Bonus (Annual)
  • 0–20 appointments booked: £3,000 bonus
  • 20–30 appointments booked: Additional £3,000
  • 30+ appointments booked: Additional £3,000
  • Over 30 appointments: Extra £750 bonus
  • Monthly Tonnage Commission
  • Average 30–50 tonnes per month
  • £300–£500 per month additional commission (based on volume)
