Our client, an employer of choice are leading Commercial Explosive Manufacturer in the UK are currently hiring for a strong Administrator to join a growing team and organisation as a HR Administrator. Role Responsibilities – HR Administrator: Provide administrative support to the HR team across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance reviews, and offboarding. Ensuring all contracts, offer letters and other HR-related documentation is issued on time. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements. Coordinate new starter processes, including pre-employment checks, induction scheduling, and first-day arrangements. Maintain absence, holiday, and attendance records. Respond to other general HR-related queries. Key Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work as part of a small HR Team Previous experience in an administrative support role (Ideally HR) Show experience of being able to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities Employment is subject to the successful completion of BPSS clearance, which includes right to work, identity, criminal record, and employment/education reference checks
