We are looking for a Trainee Driller, this is role that is going to covering various UK locations so the applicant needs to be willing to travel. The Trainee Driller will be responsible for: You will be responsible for operating a Drill Rig to Drill Holes to specific measurements and work scopes. You will be required to review your work progressively until the task at hand has been completed and progress accordingly when necessary You will be expected to deal with any physical day to day requirements, this includes changing Machine Drill Bits, Moving Machines, Lifting Equipment, Handling Liquids, and Changing Hammers. In charge of Health and Safety of machinery doing pre-start checks and ensuring this is continued throughout the shift. Capture all drilling information on a drilling log To report all near misses and accidents in line with the company procedures. The Trainee Driller will need to have: Experience working outside in a manual handling, active job. Driving license You will be paid Travel Time, Overtime and for Overnight
