Transport Administrator £30,000 | Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00 We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Transport Administrator to join our clients logistics team. This role is key to ensuring smooth office operations, accurate data handling and professional customer support. The Role As a Transport Administrator / Customer Service team member, you will be responsible for: Supporting the customer service function and coordinating workload as part of a team Accurately entering and managing data across multiple systems Identifying and correcting errors with appropriate quality control checks Managing records, files, and general office administration tasks Preparing reports and assisting with documentation when required Handling incoming calls and queries in a professional manner Liaising with customers and suppliers Providing ad-hoc support to different teams as needed What We\’re Looking For Minimum 2 years\’ office-based experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong general computer skills Ability to use office equipment confidently (telephone, scanner, photocopier, etc.) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities A team player with a proactive, organised approach Interested?
