Honeycomb are delighted to partner with a well-established property management company in the search for a trainee property manager to join their growing Belfast team.

Are you ready to kick-start your career in property management? As a Trainee Property Manager, you will be instrumental in managing a diverse property portfolio while delivering outstanding client service and ensuring operational excellence. This role offers an exciting pathway for professional growth through a comprehensive 12-month training program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Introduce yourself to new proprietors and clarify services while setting expectations.
  • Budget & Financial Management: Create and manage development budgets, ensuring timely billing and financial accuracy.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Handle calls, emails, and written communication professionally; attend AGMs and meetings as needed.
  • Compliance & Record Management: Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and maintain accurate records of inspections and updates.
  • Contractor Liaison: Raise job orders, negotiate rates, and monitor contractor performance to meet standards.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed, up-to-date reports.
Your Package/Benefits
  • Salary - £26,000 -£28,000

  • 20 days holiday + 5 statutory days + extra day off for your birthday

  • Hybrid working after successful probation period (1 day at home)
  • Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm with one hour lunch
  • Friday 9am to 4:30pm with 30 minutes lunch
The Person
  • At least 1 years' experience working with customers/clients
  • Must have a valid driving license
  • Previous experience handling complaints (desired)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • An interest in pursuing a career within the property sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Resilient and hard working
