Telesales Manager, Belfast, £33-£38K We are working with an exceptional telecommunications provider, who focus on cloud-based phone systems, broadband and mobile services, with customer needs and service always being their priority. Hours – Monday Friday 8:45-5:00 In this role, you will be Conducting outbound generation b2b through cold calling Booking appointments for sales representatives Recruit, train and coach sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets Motivate the team through communication, coaching, incentives and by providing a positive culture and environment Monitor, analyse and report on sales performance against KPIs and targets Identify areas for improvement and implement actions You will need 3 years as a Telesales Manager or similar leadership role, leading and coaching an outbound cold calling team with proven results Able to demonstrate ability and experience in appointment setting Track record of achieving or succeeding sales targets Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to build and inspire a team A solid understanding of performance metrics In return you can expect a bonus scheme, commission pay and an excellent package!
