Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and building long-term partnerships. Identify tax planning opportunities to help clients optimize their tax position and mitigate risks. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations, proactively advising clients on their implications and opportunities. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. What you\'ll need to succeed Qualifications and Skills: ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification. Proven experience in a senior tax role within a small practice or professional services firm. Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations across multiple tax disciplines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team. Strong business acumen and ability to drive growth and profitability. Commercial awareness and a track record of successful business development. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
