Human Resources Officer

Location: Strabane

Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to support the delivery of HR services across a busy and growing organisation. This role will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Key duties include:
