Location: Strabane Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join their growing team.
This varied role offers the opportunity to support finance, payroll, treasury, and commercial operations while helping to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and business processes.
Key responsibilities include processing purchase and sales ledger transactions, reconciling supplier and customer accounts, supporting weekly payroll activities, conducting bank reconciliations, assisting with cash flow forecasting, and maintaining accurate commercial documentation.
The successful candidate will also help ensure purchase orders, invoices, delivery records, and accounting transactions are correctly matched, investigated, and resolved where necessary.
Applicants should have previous experience in a finance or accounts environment, strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
Experience with payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting is highly desirable.
