Honeycomb are delighted to be working with the Western Health and Social Care Trust to recruit an Administrator for the Family and Childcare Team. This role will be based in Strabane and is temporary, initially for one month. The Company This is an exciting opportunity to join the Family and Childcare Team on a temporary basis. The role is initially for one month, with the possibility of extension. The Role Key responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Children & Families team. Organise meetings, manage diaries, and take meeting minutes. Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other documents. Handle telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries. Maintain accurate filing systems and confidential records. Update and manage client information on the PARIS/Soscare database. Collect and compile statistical information and reports. Monitor office supplies and manage stationery stock. The Person Essential Requirements 5 GCSE's to include English Language AND 1 year administrative/ clerical experience OR NVQ Level II Business & Administration or equivalent and 1 year administrative/ clerical experience OR 3 years' secretarial/administrative experience. Desirable criteria Experience of using PARIS Package & Benefits: This role offers an hourly rate of £12.75.
