Vickerstock are exclusively partnering Thompson\’s Tea (Punjana Limited) – a hugely successful 4th generation family Tea business – with the appointment of a Senior Warehouse Operator for their Belfast based Production facility. Their mission is to create the \”Perfect Everyday Cuppa\”, superior in taste and flavour whilst representing great value for money; and live by their \”TEA\” team values of focusing on Teamwork, Excellence and Accountability. An excellent benefits package includes: £27,637 per annum Discretionary Performance Bonus 4 days across Monday to Friday, 6am – 4.30pm (40hr week) Holiday entitlement – 24days (240hrs – 6weeks) Performance based increased annual leave (based on successful audit scores) Death in Service Pension matched to 5% Free Parking Training & Development Opportunities A typical day as Senior Warehouse Operator: Safe unloading of deliveries into racking on site Maintenance of goods in paperwork Preparation and picking of orders for deliveries in own transport and external hauliers Upkeep of paperwork ensuring batch codes are accurately recorded across all deliveries General stocktaking duties as required by the Warehouse Supervisor Physical movement of materials from stores to production floor Physical movement of finished goods from production floor to stores.
