Senior Postal Services Policy Officer Consumer Council for Northern Ireland Salary:£37,694 - £38,990 Location: Belfast Closing date for applications: Friday 29th August 2025 at 5pm The role The Consumer Council is recruiting for a Senior Postal Services Policy Officer to join our Financial and Postal Services directorate. If you share our passion for championing consumers, this is an exciting opportunity to work with our Postal Services team in regulatory, policy, engagement and advocacy work. Through collaboration with colleagues, the media and our stakeholder network, you will support the delivery of our 2021-2026 Corporate Plan and rolling annual work programmes to empower consumers and grow their confidence and resilience. Eligibility criteria You will need proven experience of: Analysing complex data/information and presenting this analysis to others. Operating within a research or policy environment. Collaborating to build effective stakeholder networks and trusted relationships. Coordinating and delivering projects across teams. Salary & Benefits: Salary: £37,694 - £38,990 At the Consumer Council, you will receive an excellent pension scheme with 34.25% employer contribution, 25 days annual leave and 12 statutory holidays and excellent opportunities for professional development.
