We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join our Bangor team. At Donnelly Group Bangor, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. With a wide range of quality used vehicles and a strong reputation for excellent service, we are committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role offers an expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £40,500, with uncapped commission opportunities, giving you the potential to maximise your earnings based on your performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Sell a wide range of used vehicles tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Guide customers through the entire vehicle-buying journey, delivering solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Follow up and convert leads from CRM systems and other sources into successful sales.
  • Provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and related products (full training provided).
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales progress, and customer interactions.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (minimum 1-2 years) in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with people.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed KPIs while converting leads into sales.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.
