As aSpecialist Relief Support Worker, youll be at the heart of this mission, providing essential support and making a real impact. To be successful in this role,youllneed: Essential Criteria To apply for this role, you MUST have: One of the following: 3 years experience in a health or social care setting. OR QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent*)ANDhave a minimum of 2 years experience in a health and social care setting* It is the applicants responsibility to demonstrate how their qualification is equivalent. OR QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent*)ANDhave a minimum of 1 years\’ experience in a health and social care setting* It is the applicants responsibility to demonstrate how their qualification is equivalent. OR Psychology DegreeANDhave a minimum of 1 years experience in a health and social care setting. OR Psychology master\’s degreeANDhave a minimum of 1 years experience in a health and social care setting. ?AND At least 1 years\’ experience of working with people with a learning disability OR autism. At least 1 years\’ experience in managing behaviours of concern through the implementation of Positive Behaviour Support. Full, valid driving licence or an ability to travel independently to meet the requirements of the post. Be registered, or be eligible for registration on appointment, on the appropriate part of the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) or other relevant professional body.
