To be successful in this role,youllneed: Essential Criteria To apply for this role, you MUST have: One of the following: 3 years experience in a health or social care setting. OR QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent*)ANDhave a minimum of 2 years experience in a health and social care setting* It is the applicants responsibility to demonstrate how their qualification is equivalent. OR QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent*)ANDhave a minimum of 1 years\’ experience in a health and social care setting* It is the applicants responsibility to demonstrate how their qualification is equivalent. OR Psychology DegreeANDhave a minimum of 1 years experience in a health and social care setting. OR Psychology master\’s degreeANDhave a minimum of 1 years experience in a health and social care setting. ?AND At least 1 years\’ experience of working with people with a learning disability OR autism. At least 1 years\’ experience in managing behaviours of concern through the implementation of Positive Behaviour Support. Full, valid driving licence or an ability to travel independently to meet the requirements of the post.
