We are seeking an organised and proactive Regeneration Officer to join one of our valued public sector clients, playing a key role in delivering housing-led regeneration initiatives and managing land assets to support long-term place shaping strategies. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of the Regional Services Land Asset Management Strategy, prepare business cases to inform decisions on land use and acquisition, and maintain accurate records of land and regeneration transactions. You will work closely with local stakeholders, community groups, and internal teams to ensure that land assets are used and developed in line with strategic plans, and that regeneration projects are delivered to a high standard of governance and policy compliance. The role also involves producing detailed reports, supervising administrative staff, and helping to develop innovative housing-led regeneration solutions that support the creation of mixed-use, mixed-tenure neighbourhoods. This is an opportunity to directly influence the shaping of communities and to work within a respected public sector organisation making a tangible difference to the lives of local residents. About You: Degree or equivalent (preferably in land law, estate management, or regeneration) with at least 1 year\’s relevant experience OR Level 5 qualification (e.g. BTEC Higher) with 2 years\’ relevant experience OR Equivalent professional development/experiential learning with at least 3 years\’ relevant experience. Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills. Intermediate IT skills. Able to produce detailed, accurate reports. Understanding of governance and policy compliance. Basic Access NI clearance required (to be arranged).
