At Reperio Human Capital, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Recruitment Business Partner to join our growing team in Belfast. We are a specialist IT and tech recruitment consultancy with thriving offices in Belfast and Tampa, Florida. About the Role: In this pivotal position, you will take ownership of hiring top talent for Reperio itself - playing a key role in building the future of our company. From sourcing standout candidates to coordinating interviews and making offers, you will be at the heart of our internal growth. In this role, you will be more involved in the strategic growth of Reperio, helping us to achieve our goals. Your role will include:

  • End-to-end recruitment of new staff within Reperio (both trainee consultants and internal operations staff)
  • Writing and posting job adverts that capture attention
  • Sourcing candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media, and databases
  • Conducting interviews (phone & face-to-face) and building a pipeline of future talent
  • Providing detailed insights and hiring reports to our Directors
  • Championing our culture and employer brand in everything you do

  • Previous experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Strong interpersonal skills - charismatic, clear communicator, and confident
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
  • Degree-level education
