Full-time - Maternity Cover 12 months (Office-based, 5 days per week)

We're looking for a passionate and experienced volume Recruiter to join our Central HR - Talent & Experience team. Reporting to the Recruitment Business Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience across the business. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, and key stakeholders, you'll help drive our ambition to fill roles within a 30-day time-to-hire, building strong talent pipelines and reinforcing Pilgrim's as an employer of choice.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to manage end-to-end recruitment from approval to offer
  • Sourcing high-quality candidates using networks, tools, and innovative attraction methods
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Creating engaging job adverts and role profiles
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on recruitment systems, processes, and compliance
  • Collaborating with external recruitment partners when needed
  • Supporting employer branding, diversity initiatives, and candidate engagement strategies
  • Attending career fairs and recruitment events as a brand ambassador
  • Contributing to onboarding processes, including offers and contracts
  • Supporting continuous improvement through research, analytics, and new ideas

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and challenge to drive best practice
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy, fast-paced workload
  • Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment data and reporting
  • Experience recruiting across diverse roles (blue and white collar)
  • Knowledge of recruitment systems and tools (Excel essential; SAP/Networx desirable)
  • Solid understanding of recruitment compliance and employment legislation
