Your new role As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of large-scale construction projects, primarily in the commercial and healthcare sectors, with project values starting at £10 million. Based in Northern Ireland with no UK travel required, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading project planning, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Managing multidisciplinary teams, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery. Overseeing procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations. Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and budgets. Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all project phases. Liaising with clients to provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals. Fostering a collaborative team environment to achieve project milestones and deliverables. What you\’ll need to succeed To excel in this role, you will bring a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects (£10 million+) with expertise in commercial developments and, ideally, healthcare schemes. The ideal candidate will have: History of project management experience in construction, with a focus on high-value commercial or healthcare projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and industry regulations in Northern Ireland. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and client relationships. Proficiency in project management tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage risks and adapt to changing project demands. In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements.
