Join a growing team as a Business Development Manager and play a key role in driving sales and building strong client relationships within a dynamic, field-based role. This position offers a varied working week, combining time in the field meeting clients and developing new business opportunities with office-based planning, research and administration.

Working independently, you will manage your own diary, identify and engage with prospective customers, and deliver results through a proactive and target-driven approach. With regular travel required, this role is ideal for a confident and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the autonomy of managing their own workload.

About this role:

  • £32,000 - £37,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday
  • 30 days annual leave, including bank holidays
  • Company van, phone and laptop provided
  • Contributory pension scheme

What you'll be doing in this role:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets across both North and South of Ireland
  • Develop and maintain strong B2B and B2C relationships
  • Identify opportunities, following up leads and closing sales
  • Managing own diary to maximise time in the field
  • Provide product knowledge and support to customers as required
  • Maintaining accurate records of activity, pipeline and results, customer feedback and competitor trends
  • Represent the company professionally and consistently in the field

What you'll need for this role:
