Payroll Manager Belfast Salary Negotiable Hybrid & 12pm finish on a Friday Black Fox Solutions are currently working with a leading accountancy practice that are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their growing team. Working alongside a supportive team, you will assist a range of clients across the manufacturing, construction, retail and service sectors to provide payroll services. Responsibilities: Process weekly, monthly, and 4-weekly payrolls for multiple clients Submit RTI returns to HMRC and ensure year-end compliance, including P60s and final submissions Administer PAYE, National Insurance, and statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.) Produce and distribute customised payslips Prepare and submit statutory forms: P45, P60, P11D Ensure compliance with pension regulations, including auto-enrolment and re-enrolment Manage staff cost reports, including summaries and analysis Administer bonuses, incentive schemes, and termination payments Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and provide support to clients What you\’ll need: 3-5 years working in a Payroll Position Experience using Brightpay is preferable but not essential For more information on this, or any of our other roles, please get in touch with Jamie at or call the office on .
