VANRATH are delighted to again be assisting a growing and dynamic award winning Company with the Recruitment of a Administrator with Warehouse Duties to join a highly progressive company based in their Belfast HQ. Salary - £25,000 -£30,000 Hours - Mon-Fri - hour Lunch. Responsibilities: Placing orders accurately using to in-house systems. Adhering strictly to Health & Safety guidelines. Programming deliveries with existing Delivery Team. Taking receipt of and Checking Goods inwards. Picking, building and dispatching customer orders. General Warehouse duties. Assisting with delivery of orders. Essential skills/attributes of the successful candidate: Must be computer literate to include, emails, order processing & stock management (Full training on our systems will be provided) Must have solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking Must be flexible, with a positive attitude and an understanding that your workload will vary between computer and physical tasks. This role will require an individual who is physically strong, capable and willing to complete heavy lifting on a daily basis. Must be reliable and punctual. Must have a Category B Van Driving licence. Must be well presented, articulate and capable of efficient communication with both customers and contractors. Keen interest to maximise training opportunities and learn about our industry. Advantageous (But not essential) Already in possession of a Forklift licence Existing knowledge of the Tile/Bathroom/Construction Industry Has had Certified Health and Safety training. Has had Certified First-Aid training.
