Technical Sales Coordinator We are working with a leading client in Co Fermanagh to recruit a detail-oriented Technical Sales Coordinator.

This is a permanent role.

This is a dynamic role, which combines, technical leadership, commercial contract management, and regional marketing to support project delivery, strengthen brand presence, and drive business growth.

The Technical Sales Coordinator will be responsible for: Preparing detailed estimates, material take-offs, and commercial quotations from engineering and architectural drawings.

Providing technical support and advice to engineers, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinating site assessments and working closely with the Contracts team to support successful project delivery.

Reviewing and managing construction contracts, project documentation, and handover packages, including O&M manuals.

Supporting project handovers and contributing to continuous improvement by reviewing completed projects.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships through site visits, meetings, and ongoing communication.

Driving regional marketing initiatives by developing case studies, testimonial videos, and other promotional content.

Identifying new business opportunities using CRM systems, industry databases, and networking activities.

Managing subcontractor platform memberships and supporting initiatives that enhance brand awareness and business growth.

What you will need to have for the Technical Sales Coordinator role: Proven experience as a Technical Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or Sales Engineer within the heavy-side building materials or structural manufacturing industry.

Ability to interpret, read, and scale complex 2D and 3D engineering and architectural drawings.

Sound understanding of UK construction contracts, including JCT clauses and collateral warranties, is desirable.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders.

Willingness and ability to travel periodically throughout Great Britain Experience using Bluebeam, Auto CAD, CRM/ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills would be highly advantageous.
