We currently have a vacancy for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (min. 2 years PQE) to join a long-established, highly reputable accountancy firm based in Omagh.
About the Role:
- This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key position within our team, working closely with the Managing Partner and supporting junior staff.
- You will manage your own portfolio of clients and play an integral role in delivering high-quality Accounts Preparation and Client Support services.
- Preparation and review of accounts for a wide range of clients, including limited companies.
- Managing your own portfolio with direct client-facing responsibilities.
- Providing guidance, support and mentoring to junior team members.
- Assisting clients with their business needs and helping deliver added value through strong client relationships.
- Managing and prioritising your workload to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA).
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience within an accountancy practice.
- Strong experience using accounting software.
- Proven knowledge in accounts preparation, personal tax returns and VAT returns.
- Experience working with charities is advantageous but not essential.
- Flexible, well organised and confident in dealing with clients.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to plan and schedule work effectively.
