About you
- Degree (Level 6) or equivalent and at least 1 year's experience in a customer support environment, or BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma (Level 5) in Housing and 1 year's experience, or Equivalent professional development and 3 years' relevant experience
- Proven background in delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to manage and prioritise a varied and demanding workload
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with confidence in handling challenging situations
- Full current driving licence or access to suitable transport
What you'll do
- Deliver a customer-focused housing management service within your allocated area ('patch')
- Manage tenancies from commencement through to termination, ensuring compliance and sustainability
- Support tenants to maintain their homes and resolve issues such as rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, or tenancy concerns
- Liaise with contractors and other agencies to ensure estates and properties are maintained to a high standard
- Promote community involvement and cohesion by engaging with residents, local partners, and support organisations
- Contribute to planned maintenance and redevelopment projects through consultation and coordination
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring all activity complies with organisational policy and governance frameworks
