Your new role
As an MTC Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account. Based in Omagh, you will work closely with project managers and site teams across NI to ensure effective cost control, procurement, and successful project delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role with a main contractor
- Strong understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration
- Knowledge of the PSA Schedule of Rates
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
