As our next HR Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for providing essential administrative systems, and project support to the HR function. This includes maintaining the workforce system, ensuring accurate data, managing updates and queries, supporting system developments and administrating shift swap/overtime processes including payments, compliance, and payroll reporting. You will provide professional advice and guidance to stakeholders on a full range of HR processes and procedures.

Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-2.30pm 38.75 hrs

The Key Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to analyse and verify data to ensure system integrity and compliance
  • Experience working with HR/workforce management systems and data platforms
  • Skilled in prioritising workloads and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines under pressure
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem solving skills to investigate and resolve systems issues and queries
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with employees, managers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to support system updates, testing, and process improvements
