Recruiting for Court Security Officer

Location: Omagh

Salary: £14.26 per hour

Part Time: 24 hours per week

Work days: Monday - Friday with the opportunity of additional hours/allowances

This is the security and customer service role that you're looking for, a role that you can plan your life around, and carve out your career in with the biggest name in security. Located in Omagh, providing valuable service to the local community.

As a court security officer for G4S, variety is guaranteed, where no two days are the same. You'll ensure the safety of our customers and clients with excellence and professionalism. You'll have full training with some of the best in the business, all of our leadership team have firsthand experience in a variety of security roles, and many have worked their way up within G4S.

If you have the talent and desire, then we will help you to develop your skills so that you can reach your full potential, with training support and regular reviews and welfare checks from our hiring managers you'll be in safe hands.

A typical week will involve:

  • Maintaining the safety & security of our customers' staff, their buildings and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile.
  • Engaging and assisting a wide range of stakeholders within the Judicial system.
  • The opportunity to enhance and develop your security expertise by operating in an environment with an integrated blend of people, systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of business.
  • Being an ambassador for G4S & NICTS ensuring a positive customer experience for all court users.
  • Working industry friendly shift patterns in a great team environment.

The Ideal Candidate

If you are aged 18 or over and are a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times, then this could be the career for you! A good understanding of IT is beneficial and whilst it would be a benefit to have some previous security experience together with your SIA license, it's not essential.

For the right Candidate

We provide full SIA (Security Industry Authority) license training to help you on your way to a career in security. It is essential that the candidate has or can obtain Counter Terrorism Check Level clearance. Our contractual requirements mean that you will generally be working a Monday to Friday shift pattern, working day shifts. However, we may ask for some flexibility depending on business needs.
