Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be seeking an experienced Accounts Technician to join a well-established Omagh based company, as part of their continued growth! Offering a competitive salary, and an early finish on Fridays, this is a great opportunity for any accounting professionals seeking a new role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts to include ledger review, journal entry, reconciliation, and analysis.
  • Processing weekly and monthly payroll using Sage 50 Payroll as well as annual P60 and P11D reporting.
  • Daily bank administration including bank reconciliation, payment processing and cash flow forecasting.
  • Overseeing Accounts payable to ensure correct recognition and VAT applied.
  • Overseeing Accounts receivable, sales invoice processing and credit control experience.
  • HMRC filings to include monthly submission and reconciliation of VAT, EC Sales and Intrastat reporting.
  • Preparation of financial reports for management.
  • Engaging with external auditors to carry out the annual financial audit.
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

What we are looking for:

  • AAT/ ATI qualified or Part- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) - Preferable
  • Experience using Sage 50 Payroll or similar payroll packages.
  • Experience using Sage 200 or Sage 50
  • Strong IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel
