Opportunity: Warranty Administrator Part-Time Permanent Role We are delighted to offer an opportunity to join our friendly, family-owned franchise dealership as a Part-Time Warranty Administrator.
This is a permanent role within our busy Aftersales Department, supporting the accurate and timely processing of manufacturer warranty claims.
As a Warranty Administrator, you will play an important role in ensuring warranty work is completed, recorded and submitted correctly.
You will work closely with the service advisors, workshop team and management to help maintain high standards of customer service, compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Process manufacturer warranty claims accurately and in line with brand guidelines.
Review job cards and supporting documentation to ensure claims are complete and compliant.
Liaise with the workshop, service advisors and manufacturers to resolve warranty queries.
Monitor outstanding, rejected or queried claims and follow up promptly.
Maintain accurate warranty records, invoices and claim documentation.
Support warranty audits and help ensure dealership processes are followed correctly.
Contribute to the smooth running of the Aftersales Department through strong administration and communication.
About You Previous warranty administration or automotive dealership experience is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload independently.
Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner.
Good IT skills and confidence using dealership or manufacturer systems.
Knowledge of Kerridge/CDK would be an advantage.
A team-focused approach and the ability to work well in a busy environment.
GCSE English and Mathematics, or equivalent, are desirable.
